What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Facilities Maintenance Manager, Licensed Master Electrician, leads the planning, execution, and oversight of facility maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical power systems. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, manages budgets, and drives efficiency through preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives. The manager collaborates with stakeholders to align business needs with operational goals, supervises teams, and oversees contractor performance. By fostering continuous improvement and maintaining high standards, this position supports the reliable and cost-effective operation of facilities while promoting safety and regulatory adherence.
What you'll do:
  • Direct maintenance operations for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
