About the role:

As a Facilities Lead you will oversee several Westinghouse leased and owned facilities located in southeast and mid-west of the Americas region. As a Facilities Lead you will engage with Site Leadership to provide the necessary support to maintain the facilities. You will report to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Real Estate and be located at our Chattanooga, TN location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer the activities of the facilities to ensure efficient operation of Westinghouse's buildings, sub-lease spaces, equipment, and exterior grounds.
  • Oversee the Integrated Facilities Management ("IFM") team who is responsible for the daily maintenance of the buildings.
  • Evaluate team performance, approve maintenance spending and ensure that you follow the proper process and procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of building changes, policies, practices, and procedures to support operational improvements.
  • Communicate with management on safety concerns and implement best practices to assure employees and contractor safety is maintained at the highest level.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Facilities Management, Engineer or Architectural degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of facilities related computerized maintenance management systems, space planning software, life safety systems and/or SAP.
  • Facilities management or Project Management certification.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800 to $126,000 per year.
