Role Overview & Core Focus:
Program Support: Manage and direct suppliers and teammates to support facilities operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects across Blue Origin sites.
Full Procurement Lifecycle: Take complete ownership of the procurement process, from requisition creation through to final invoice payment and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & RFP Management: Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quote (RFQs), perform price analyses, and develop targeted negotiation strategies.
Contract Construction: Draft and execute various agreement types for major facilities activities, including service agreements, construction contracts, Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), and sourcing partnerships.
Strategic Agreements: Lead the identification and management of strategic agreements for facilities categories such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), building services, and equipment.
Operational Alignment: Ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of materials and services while aligning with corporate strategic objectives, quality, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
