Position Summary: This individual will lead the procurement strategy and execution at ClearNote Health. This role will also lead facilities management that includes environmental monitoring, laboratory safety, and provide rapid response to address any laboratory facility issues. This position involves the planning, coordination and supervision of the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the storage and movement of goods to ensure operational excellence to support the company's tests and products. This individual will communicate with a multi-disciplinary team and will ensure the laboratory operations are achieving the companies' goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage all orders for laboratory including purchasing, scheduling, and fulfillment
- Negotiating and managing pricing discounts/agreements for core materials used in laboratory processes
- Drive capacity planning and resource utilization analysis to support volume growth
- Responsible for receiving physical materials into the laboratory
- Handling of all damaged shipments, compromised material, supplier disputes, and coordination of material returns
- Coordination of shipping material and packages; logistics and material transfers including drop shipments
- Development, management, maintenance of reagent and consumables inventory system
- Tracking of material to provide accurate reporting of current material counts.
- Ensure supply needs are met for laboratory processes
- Generate reports from Inventory and Purchasing data to provide insights and predict supply chain needs predict supply chain needs and maintain operational excellence
- Record and track all purchasing contracts/agreements and fulfillments
- Manage all facilities including any onsite issues
- Functional and technical administrator for the ERP
- Generate, customize, and consolidate reports and dashboards to support operations and support operational excellence

Qualifications:- 5+ years' experience working in clinical genomics laboratory environments
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations' functions and processes
- Experience with CLIA, CAP and ISO standards
- Background in OSHA and safety standards
- Strong vendor negotiation skills
- Well organized to help navigate multiple tasks
- Team oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to contribute creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and spoken communication and has the ability to present data and results to colleagues
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. The actual salary will be dependent on various factors that may include experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
