Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facets Analyst with strong expertise in Facets and US Healthcare Claims Processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules, along with strong Oracle PL/SQL and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and support claims processing within the US Healthcare Payer domain.
• Work extensively with Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules.
• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Facets and claims processing issues.
• Perform data analysis and support claims-related investigations using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Support ongoing enhancements and improvements to claims processing workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Facets is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Claims Processing in the US Healthcare Payer domain.
• Strong knowledge of Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must have both Facets and Claims Processing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with .NET.
