We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.Shift: 2nd shift You'll make a difference by: - Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
- Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
- Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

The pay range for this position is 61,547 - 105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
