Fabrication Engineers - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) support, maintain, and enhance manufacturing software used in assembly and metal fabrication operations. As part of a multi-site support team, you will serve as the primary contact for factory system issues at your assigned location while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, IT, finance, procurement, and business leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for implementing and improving technology solutions, managing projects, and delivering results that meet both operational and financial objectives.

- CNC machines for sheet metal and bus bar fabrication, preferably with Trumpf, Amada, Ehrt, Franklin machines
- Basic Network Engineering
As a Fabrication MES Engineer, you will: - Handle production issues within relevant technologies, including integrations.
- Maintain the application environment, including cybersecurity patches, new version deployments, and testing.
- Manage installations and users.
- Migrate systems from one environment to another.
- Perform configuration and enhancements that deliver value to the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by users or escalate them appropriately and communicate the fix back to stakeholders.
- Ensure the environments that host our technology are aligned with cybersecurity mandates, regular database maintenance, and any other maintenance required to keep the systems functioning smoothly.
- Test and validate prior to deployment of a change.
- Provide direct support when the platform needs to be moved or new installations are required.
- Maintain user accounts and permissions in relevant systems.
- Train users for deployments and/or on a recurring basis.
- Add business value by improving systems to support processes and increase productivity.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, working with various groups including engineering, production, IT, management, and quality.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree.
- 3+ years in manufacturing, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT systems.
- Experience with an MES system.
- Experience with SAP (material master, routing, bill of material).
- Proficiency in SQL and Windows.
- Understanding of CNC programming for sheet metal and bus bar fabrication.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an MES system (Aquilia DMM preferred).
- Understanding of CNC programming for sheet metal and bus bar fabrication, preferably with Trumpf, Amada, Ehrt, Franklin machines.

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $109,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
