Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Finance and Insurance products
• Required menu selling experience
• Experience in automobile industry business management is a plus
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong closing and organizational skills
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate lenders and finalize deliverables with customer commitment
• Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals
• Adhere to all F&I office processes and contract flows
• Manage contracts in transit, ensuring funding through communication
• Track and monitor F&I PVR and product penetration
• Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training
• Assist General and Sales Manager in training sales staff
