F/A-18 BGS Project Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
- Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
- Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 3 + years' experience in business function working with cross functional teams managing stakeholder and customer engagement
- Knowledge or experience in project management
- Knowledge or experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- Knowledge or experience with proposal management and/or contract execution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience with schedule and finance management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
- Experience managing or overseeing government contract execution

Mid-Level - 94,350 - 127,650
Experienced - 118,150 - 159,850
