Job Description:

The role of the Finance Manager - IDIQ is to provide subject matter expert-level (SME-level) financial management guidance for all task orders and performance activities under the F-35 JPO Security Support Services IDIQ contract:

  • Provide financial management oversight for all IDIQ contract task orders, including budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and variance analysis


  • Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards and required monthly expenditure reports in compliance with Government reporting requirements


  • Support the Program Manager in cost control activities and cost realism analysis across all performance locations and task orders


  • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on funding documentation, obligated amounts, and task order ceiling management


  • Provide SME-level guidance on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) financial management requirements affecting contract performance.


Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, OR Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience in financial management for DoD programs


  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in government contract financial management, cost accounting, or financial support for DoD acquisition programs


  • Experience with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) standards and government contracting financial reporting requirements


  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and contract budget management methodologies


  • Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
