Job Description

You will be the F-16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Heavy-Structures Production team which is responsible for delivering structural components on the F-16 production line.

What You Will Be Doing

As the F-16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing the Heavy-Structures work-break-down-structure, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met while developing the next tier of supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Heavy-Structures crew in producing fuselage frames, bulkheads, and associated hardware to schedule and quality standards.
  • Mentor high-potential technicians and lead-hands, building their supervisory skills and creating a strong succession pipeline.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and safety performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align on program objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the work-break-down-structure.

Basic Qualifications

Experience leading a team in aviation disciplines, Aviation Production relating to Military Aviation or Manufacturing, Structures Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.

Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
