Description of the Role:

The Experienced Sales Manager at Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg plays a key role in driving the company's sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong Internet strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
