Description of the Role:The Experienced Sales Manager at Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg plays a key role in driving the company's sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong Internet strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Internet/BDC experience a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Second chance financing experience a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Elead, Vauto, CDK, Dealertrack, a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Sense of urgency
