Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
• Respond to Zillow Preferred leads in real-time
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up and lead nurturing
• Provide top-tier service to buyers and sellers from first contact to closing
• Conduct showings, write offers, negotiate contracts, and make repairs
• Educate clients on market trends in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas
• Manage each deal from contract to close with full back-end support
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• Have closed a minimum of 6 deals in the past year
• Hold an active Texas Real Estate License
• Have worked in team settings or high-level environments
• Know how to convert leads and follow up with urgency
• Are organized, coachable, and tech-savvy
• Want consistent business!
Licensed Real Estate Agent - Texas License Required
