The Aerospace Composite Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs.
We are seeking a skilled information and application developer to join our team supporting the diverse Information Technology ecosystem within the ACC domain. This role is a critical enabler for exciting work related to the production of several of Boeing's critical defense products.
The Programmer/Analyst (MB) designs, programs, tests, implements, documents, and maintains software applications and application systems that supportbusiness and manufacturing operations. This role partners withend usersandcross-functional teamsto gather requirements, defineapplication architecture, ensuresoftware compatibilityandapplication security, and deliverreliable, maintainable solutions. The Programmer/Analyst also supportsupgrades and enhancements, resolves issues, and reviewssystem performanceto recommend and implement improvements across adiverse suite of applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, program, test, implement, document, and maintaincomputing applications and application systemsusing.NETandJava
Gather and evaluateend-user requirements; translate needs intotechnical designs,code, anddatabase objectsbased on documented specifications
Analyze information to determineapplication architecture specifications,software compatibility parameters, andapplication security needs
Design and integrateapplication architectureby connectingapplication software,databases, anddelivery subsystemsfor specific applications
Develop and administerSQL Server databases, including creation and maintenance oftables, views, and database objects
Modify and upgrade applications to maintainsoftware functionalityand meetchanging business requirements
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolveprogramming defectsandapplication architecture problems, includingintegrationanddata-related issues
Reviewsystem performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend or implement changes to enhancereliabilityandmaintainability
Collaborate with teams supporting adiverse suite of software applicationsand communicate effectively withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start)
3+ years of experience developing with C#/.NET
3+ years of experience developing with Java
3+ years of experience developing and administeringSQL Server databases
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
SQLexperience, includingstored procedures(OraclePL/SQLpreferred)
Experience working on teams that develop and maintain adiverse suite of software applications
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience with development and support ofMRP/ERP systems
Experience withManufacturing Quality Systems (QMS)
Experience withWorkforce Managementand/orTime & Attendanceapplications
Experience withmaterial tracking systems

Summary pay range for Experienced: $107,950.00 6 $146,050.00.
