Salary range: $175K - $225KAbout this roleWhat we're looking for:We need a seasoned plaintiff-side personal injury attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience who has first-chair trial experience and a proven track record of taking cases to verdict. You should be comfortable managing your own full docket independently in a small boutique environment and have demonstrated strong legal writing and negotiation skills. Bonus points if you have an existing book of business, active CTLA/AAJ involvement, or published legal writings.
What you'll do:- Serve as first-chair trial attorney on plaintiff-side personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, and complex injury matters
- Take ownership of a full caseload from intake through verdict or settlement, managing all aspects of litigation independently with paralegal support
- Work directly alongside the managing partner to maintain the firm's 50+ year reputation for quality outcomes and client-first representation
- Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and demand letters that reflect the firm's standard of written advocacy
- Develop and execute case negotiation and settlement strategies that maximize client outcomes
- Originate new client relationships and build your own book of business over time, with a meaningful origination bonus structure (1/3 of firm fees on self-originated cases generating $100K+ in fees)
- Contribute to a realistic 3-5 year partnership track at an established Boulder boutique with no political barriers to advancement
