Responsibilities: - Deliver polished haircutting, color, and styling services.
- Create thoughtful, customized consultations and guest experiences.
- Build consistency through rebooking, retail knowledge, and follow-through.
- Maintain Aveda standards, sanitation, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with a supportive, professional team.
Qualifications: - Active cosmetology license required.
- Previous experience working behind the chair.
- Strong technical and consultation skills.
- Professional, dependable, and growth-minded.
- Passion for continued education and elevated service.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive commission-based compensation.
- Earning potential (commission + tips): approximately $50,000-$160,000 annually, based on schedule, productivity, and guest demand.
