DESCRIPTION

Hiring: Master Technician / A-Level Technician
Honest-1 Auto Care

Pay: $35.00-$46.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Master Technician: Up to $45 per hour
  • A-Level Technician: Up to $35 per hour
  • Five-day workweek


Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Diagnose and repair
    • HVAC
    • Emissions
    • Fuel & Electrical
    • Transmission (No internal transmission rebuilds)
    • Steering, Suspension & Braking
    • Fluid leaks
    • Etc.


  • Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings.
  • Recommend only needed maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate diagnostic findings and repair needs clearly to service advisors.
  • Test-drive vehicles to evaluate concerns and verify completed repairs.
  • Follow shop procedures and complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area, professional appearance, and follow dress code.
  • Help maintain shop equipment when applicable.
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
