Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in an auto body shop required.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and I-Car programs.
• Experience with direct repair programs (DRP) preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales background.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conducting accurate vehicle assessments and estimating repair costs.
• Providing excellent customer service and guiding clients through the repair process.
• Maintaining communication with customers to update them about repairs and timelines.
• Collaborating with technicians and insurance companies for seamless processing.
• Ensuring compliance with repair standards and company policies.
