Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

  • Serving as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
  • Partnering with frontline leaders and functional managers to advise on people strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Supporting and executing key HR initiatives, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company policies.
  • Coaching managers through employee performance matters, talent development discussions, and day-to-day people challenges to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Facilitating effective communication between employees, leaders, and People & Culture teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Analyzing workforce trends and people-related metrics to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and support informed decision-making.
  • Leading or contributing to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational capability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR programs, support change management efforts, and drive successful business results.

  • Must be currently located in or within commuting distance of Minden, Nevada.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
