Exercise Director Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Exercise Director to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires planning and directing E-3 training exercises across Legacy, Mission Crew Training (MTC), and Mission Crew Training System (MCTS) systems and coordinating realistic command-and-control scenarios. Core Duties: • Plan, coordinate, and direct training exercises supporting Legacy, MTC, and MCTS systems • Translate learning objectives into executable scenarios, event timelines, injects, communications, and control measures • Coordinate with instructors, simulator operators, scenario developers, and Government personnel to prepare and execute events • Monitor exercise progress, manage scenario flow, and adjust event execution while preserving training objectives and safety • Support event debriefs, document performance observations, and recommend scenario or process improvements • Qualify and maintain currency as both an Exercise Director and Simulator Operator under the Government-approved training program Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Job Requirements Requirements: • Provide support for Legacy, MTC, and MCTS systems; qualify In Accordance With (IAW) a contractor-created, Government-approved training program • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Weapons Controller, Air Battle Manager (ABM), fighter pilot, or equivalent • Must also qualify as a Simulator Operator • Performance evaluations conducted annually • Training records maintained IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322 and Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-364 • Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access • Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English • Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements • Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 #CJ Category Other Location Tinker AFB - Oklahoma City, OK 73150 US (Primary) Education Some Education
