Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; or 14 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I or equivalent experience in a joint operational setting.
• Proven experience executing the Joint Training Exercise and Evaluation Program (JTEEP) at a Combatant Command.
• Knowledge of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) for planning Field Training Exercises (FTXs) and Command-Post Exercises (CPXs).
• Experience in a project analyst role managing strict deadlines.
• Background in training and exercise planning with U.S. Armed Services and allies at the operational/strategic level.
• Familiarity with national strategic documents and Combatant Command products.

Responsibilities

• Develop training concepts aligned with the Joint Training Plan (JTP).
• Maintain a deliberate plan of action with milestones for the JTP including required orders and briefings.
• Apply operational art to address complex security problems relevant to the training campaign.
• Coordinate efforts with other military staff and organizations including Joint Staff J7.
• Implement efficient protocols and processes for USPACOM J7 integration in planning activities.
• Support Joint Planning Group meetings and provide updates to senior leaders.
• Respond to Requests for Information related to the Joint Training Plan.
