Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the EVP of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. This executive will help guide financial decision-making, maintain strong financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished finance leader who brings a high standard of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and sound judgment to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, and internal controls.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee the preparation and integrity of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Present financial results, forecasts, risks, and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes designed to minimize risk, prevent errors, and ensure that identified issues are promptly remediated.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banking partners, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee the company's capital structure, cash management, treasury activities, and liquidity planning to support operational and strategic needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, increase automation, strengthen reporting, and manage costs effectively.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other departments to support enterprise-wide initiatives and risk management.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters affecting the company's operations and strategic direction.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role overseeing accounting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting financial results and recommendations to a Board of Directors or other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success improving financial processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, integrity, and accountability.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • CPA, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional designation is preferred.
