JOB SUMMARY:The Executive Vice President (EVP), Adult & Crisis Services serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and organizational accountability for Family & Children's Services' adult behavioral health continuum, including Adult Services, Crisis Services, Recovery Services, and Community-Based Services. The EVP is responsible for driving performance, operational excellence, financial sustainability, quality outcomes, workforce development, and strategic growth across all assigned service lines.
Along with Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents, the EVP develops and executes strategies that improve access to care, strengthen community partnerships, advance CCBHC implementation and fidelity, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, recovery-oriented services. The EVP collaborates with executive leadership, healthcare partners, funders, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support organizational goals and develop an integrated continuum of care that meets the behavioral health needs of the communities served.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Executive Leadership & Strategy In collaboration with the President Eastern Oklahoma Region, Chief Programming Officer
- and Executive Leadership Team, provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Adult Services, Crisis Services, Recovery Services, and Community-Based Services.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies that align organizational priorities, community needs, growth opportunities, and healthcare trends.
- Evaluate opportunities, risks, and resource needs, and make recommendations that support organizational success and sustainability.
Service Line & Continuum of Care Oversight - Oversee the adult behavioral health continuum, including outpatient, crisis, recovery, and community-based services.
- Ensure coordinated, integrated, and accessible services that improve client experience, continuity of care, and outcomes.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen access, reduce barriers to care, and respond to emerging community needs.
Leadership of Senior Leaders - Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability for Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents within assigned divisions.
- Establish clear expectations, performance measures, and leadership standards that support organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and leadership development.
Operational Performance & Accountability - Monitor clinical, workforce, and financial performance across assigned service lines.
- Utilize performance and outcome data to drive decision-making, remove barriers, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- In collaboration with President Eastern Oklahoma Region, Chief Programming Officer ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities and compliance with organizational standards.
Financial Stewardship & Business Development - Oversee budgets, staffing plans, resource allocation, and financial performance for assigned service lines.
- In collaboration with President Eastern Oklahoma Region, Chief Programming Officer, identify and pursue growth opportunities, contracts, grants, partnerships, and new business initiatives.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of resources while supporting long-term sustainability and service excellence.
Quality, Compliance & Clinical Excellence - Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, contractual, and payer requirements across assigned service lines.
- Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care.
- Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Medical, and Clinical Leadership to advance quality outcomes and clinical excellence.
Crisis System Leadership - In collaboration with President Eastern Oklahoma Region, Chief Programming Officer, provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's crisis continuum.
- In partnership with the SVP, Crisis Services, advance innovative and evidence-based crisis care models that improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.
- Partner with SVP, Crisis Services to collaborate with community and system partners to strengthen regional crisis response systems and community impact.
Community Partnerships & External Relations - In partnership with the Chief External Affairs Officer, serve as an executive representative of the organization with funders, healthcare systems, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain strategic partnerships that expand services, strengthen system collaboration, and improve community outcomes.
- Participate in advocacy, coalition-building, and community engagement efforts that support organizational priorities.
Executive Communication & Organizational Alignment - Keep the President Eastern Oklahoma Region, Chief Programming Officer and Executive Leadership Team informed regarding performance, opportunities, risks, and resource needs.
- Provide recommendations, updates, and reports regarding strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
- Promote organizational alignment, transparency, and effective communication across service lines and leadership teams.
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:- Master's Degree in Social Work or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:- Proven leadership experience in a senior programmatic role within a behavioral health or healthcare organization.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality improvement, preferably within mental health services or CCBHCs.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.
