Position Summary

The Executive Sous Chef is the second-in-command of the culinary team and works closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. This leader is responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, mentoring and developing the culinary team, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, consistency, and execution.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, with preferred experience in upscale Italian restaurants.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per hour
