Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank, and Baltimore City Public Schools. The scholars we serve will be the first to experience what we're building here. The Executive Site Director will be the person who makes sure it's worth experiencing.
What You'll Own:Philanthropic LeadershipYou'll be the face of College Track in Baltimore - stewarding transformational relationships with anchor investors like the Ravens and M&T Bank, cultivating new donors, building a Local Advisory Board, and representing the mission at events, in media, and with elected officials. This role carries real external presence and real responsibility.
Scholar Recruitment & RetentionYou'll set the vision for how Baltimore students find us and stay with us - working closely with school and district partners to build the infrastructure that keeps scholars on a ten-year path.
Culture & Team LeadershipYou'll lead a team of 3-4 direct reports and co-create the norms, values, and practices that define what it feels like to work and learn at College Track Baltimore. The culture you build now will outlast your tenure.
Financial AccountabilityYou'll hold the site budget, partner with Finance on forecasting, and make sure every dollar works toward scholar outcomes.
Who You Are - You're a mission-driven leader who gets energized by complexity, relationships, and the long game. - A track record of fundraising and relationship-building with high-profile partners, funders, and community stakeholders
- Strategic instincts - you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence and galvanize people across diverse audiences
- Deep belief in the potential of first-generation students
- A bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
- Availability for an 11:00 AM-7:30 PM schedule Monday-Friday (to be present when scholars are)
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet College Track's driver clearance process
- Spanish or Cantonese fluency is a bonus
What We Offer- Salary: $118,875 - $128,749 (target range); full range up to $148,500 based on experience
