Overview and Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Director to oversee two high-performing market areas, guide our Sales Managers, and drive results that directly impact patients' lives across the country.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to expand market penetration and drive revenue.
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources, clinical partners, and provider networks.
  • Develop and execute high-level sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor Market Sales Managers across two territories.
  • Leadership across 2 high-performing Areas.
  • Shape referral relationships and market strategy.
  • Strategic oversight of Market Managers, Liaisons & Account Execs.
  • Support Account Executives and Liaisons in achieving performance metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Travel
  • Yes, as needed.

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.

Preferred Education and/or Experience
  • Ability to manage KPIs, motivate teams, and scale regional performance.
  • Experience in home medical equipment, respiratory therapy, or related services.
  • Medical terminology, preferred.
  • One year of related work experience, preferred.
  • Proven leadership in healthcare sales or multi-market territory management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational and people skills.

  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written.
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual).
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information.
  • Multi-task along with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
