What You'll Do

The Executive Recruiter serves as the lead Talent Acquisition partner for executive and senior leadership recruitment across Adena Health. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Director, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and other designated leadership positions. The Executive Recruiter develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies, builds leadership talent pipelines, and delivers a high-touch candidate experience that supports Adena's ability to attract exceptional leadership talent. Working closely with the CHRO, executive leaders, and hiring managers, this role serves as a strategic advisor on executive talent acquisition while supporting organizational growth, leadership succession planning, workforce planning, and integration-related recruitment initiatives.
