Job Description:

This job is responsible for oversight of executive protection teams and activities within a specific geographic region and the health, safety, and physical security of all attendees at Bank of America sponsored or hosted events. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of security plans and protocols, direction of activities to ensure safety and security of the senior management team and bank events, and delivery of threat analysis across various platforms with cross-functional teams.

Major Events Security creates a safe and secure business environment that reflects Bank of America's values through the professional delivery of effective physical security and safety-related services for senior management, employees, clients, guests, and other stakeholders in support of Bank of America- or third-party-sponsored events and meetings worldwide.

  • Team Management: Select, train, and supervise security personnel. Ensure all security professionals are fully briefed on their responsibilities and the specifics of each event.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all security activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest in security technology and procedures to enhance safety measures.
  • Incident Management: Serve as the primary contact for all security-related incidents. Lead the resolution with minimal disruption to the event, and ensure Security Leadership maintains awareness.
