Full Job Description
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic professional to serve as the Executive Operations, Office of the President and CEO.

This is more than an executive support role. As the operational extension of the CEO, you will help drive strategic priorities, support Board governance, coordinate enterprise initiatives, develop executive communications and presentations, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits
