Job Duties: Fulfill sales strategies by promoting current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts. Responsible for the growth of the Lung cancer business in the northern Virginia Region, including the quickly evolving disease area of advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations. Educate Oncologists on the efficacy, side effect profile, and clinical guidelines for products, with a focus on a bi-specific antibody targeting both EGFR and MET. Conduct business analysis using various data sets (qualitative and quantitative), actively prospect for new business within geography, align with sales and marketing strategies, and develop account plans and strategy with District Manager and internal partners. Arrange educational speaker programs with key opinion leaders. Organize company attendance and visibility at key congresses. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the products' clinical efficacy and safety, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical information as needed, and achieve brand sales objectives. Request, organize and attend relevant oncology conferences which may occur on weekends. Effectively and compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities utilizing approved resources and messaging. Educate oncology clinic infusion staff on details of administering products and managing side effects.

May telecommute per company's policies (hybrid). Up to 50% domestic travel required including nights and weekends. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. including Arlington, VA.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an Executive Oncology Specialist-related occupation.

Position requires experience with:

1. Healthcare sales/account management;

2. Specialty sales in Lung/Solid Tumor Oncology;

3. Brand strategy and strategy implementation;

4. Successful hospital and large account sales performance in a complex and competitive environment;

5. Creating marketing materials to communicate product features and benefits, and educating medical professionals on the same; and

6. Influencing key stakeholders in a dynamic competitive selling environment.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

  • Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
