TheExecutive Neuroscience Sales Specialistwill:

  • Drive demand generation ofSpravatothrough clinical selling and product differentiation with approved clinical studies and marketing aids to support the case for adoption. Achieve all sales performance goals andobjectivesfor geographicalassignment.

  • Possess the understanding and ability to sell in different settings of care andidentifykey business opportunities within these settings.Develop and implement customer specific pre and post call selling approaches that evaluate and address the practitioners27 perspectives and the institutions philosophies within compliance guidelines

  • Develop a territory coverage plan that maximizes selling time with all healthcare professionals. Institute strategiesutilizingbusiness analytics to increase access to all key stakeholders. Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals.Adjust the plan to minimize the impact of competition and to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.

  • Meet sales and operationalrequirementsincluding but not limited to call plan attainment, resource execution andutilization,complianceand sales training requirements.

  • Consistently adhere to all company current compliance guidelines and policies.

Required qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor27s degree

  • A valid driver27s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States

  • A minimum of seven (7) years sales experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales experience

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Ability to travel, which may include overnight/weekend travel, up to30% of the time

  • Must live in the geography and/or be willing torelocateto the geography

Preferred qualifications:

  • Aproventrack recordof success and ability to influence andimpactkey stakeholders in a dynamic,complexand competitive selling environment.

  • Neuroscience Specialty sales experience in and understanding of the therapeutic area

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000 - $178,000 targeted range based on experience

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company27s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company27s long-term incentive program.
