Executive Manager Advisory Services

What you will be doing:

Lead a high-performing team of Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership including the Practice Leader, within a dynamic healthcare consulting environment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as a trusted partner to Practice Area Leaders and Managing Directors to ensure seamless administrative operations and exceptional service delivery.

As an administrative lead for a growing practice, this role will also be a partner to the Chief of Staff to shape and implement key operational and financial processes and policies across the practice.

The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader with strong executive presence who thrives in fast-paced environments and can anticipate leadership needs while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development- 20%
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Executive Assistants supporting senior leaders
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across administrative workflows


Executive Support - 40%
  • Provide direct support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management and prioritization
  • Coordinate travel, ensuring seamless logistics and detailed itineraries
  • Provide direct support for expense management for senior leaders including accurate capture of billable expenses and compliance with firm policies
  • Serve as a delegate or proxy for senior leadership relative to various approvals and workday tasks, vendor invoice processing, etc.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external clients


Operational Excellence - 20%
  • Support and collaborate with the Chief of Staff and the practice Operations and Finance team to shape policy, implement processes and increase operational/financial discipline within the practice
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Introduce tools and best practices to optimize administrative operations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-through on client and stakeholder needs
  • Support special projects and firm-wide initiatives


Required Qualifications

Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
  • Efficient calendar and travel coordination with minimal conflicts or errors


Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Experience supporting senior executives in professional services or consulting (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority responsibilities in a fast-paced environment


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
