This is a high-impact, dual-role opportunity for top-tier adjusters who are not only technically elite but also commercially driven. Individuals who are trusted by clients, named on accounts, and capable of walking in the door with established relationships and revenue streams.

We are seeking professionals who want to elevate their platform, expand their reach, and grow with a firm that is investing heavily in talent, client partnerships, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

This role blends technical large loss adjusting with a true producer function, positioning you as both a lead adjuster on complex claims and a strategic growth driver for Davies.

You will have the autonomy to manage high-severity losses, while leveraging your network to build, expand, and monetize client relationships across key sectors.

Large Loss & Complex Claims Leadership

  • Coordinate with legal counsel, experts, and carriers to drive efficient claim outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during critical, high-stakes situations

Business Development & Revenue Generation
  • Leverage existing relationships and market presence to generate new business and drive revenue growth
  • Act as a named or preferred adjuster on programs, accounts, and contracts
  • Identify and convert opportunities within carriers, MGAs, brokers, TPAs, and corporate clients
  • Play a key role in expanding Davies' footprint in large casualty and energy sectors

Client Leadership & Market Presence
  • Serve as a senior-facing partner to clients, delivering a best-in-class experience
  • Strengthen and expand strategic relationships through credibility, responsiveness, and results
  • Represent Davies in the market as a thought leader and industry expert

Litigation, Appraisal & Expert Engagement
  • Manage litigated claims in collaboration with defense counsel
  • Act as an Appraiser and/or Umpire on complex disputes
  • Provide expert insight on claim strategy, valuation, and resolution

Catastrophe & Field Response
  • Respond to large loss assignments and catastrophe events as needed
  • Maintain a strong field presence for high-severity and complex claims

  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, build client relationships, and serve as a producer
  • Experience being named on accounts, programs, or client rosters
