Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of our Independent Living Senior Community in Hattiesburg, MS.

This is more than an operations role - it is a leadership opportunity to shape culture, drive performance, and create an environment where residents thrive and team members grow.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development


  • Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals


  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members


  • Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture


  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations


  • Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets


  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners


  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership
