Executive Director - Health Center

Sinai Residences | Boca Raton, FL

Sinai Residences of Boca Raton is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living services.

Serving as the community's Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), the Executive Director is responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory excellence, strong financial and operational performance, and an engaged, high-performing team.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished senior living leader to make a meaningful impact within a premier continuing care retirement community while working collaboratively with executive leadership, residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you will:
  • Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the Health Center, including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
  • Serve as the facility's Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and maintain compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable requirements.
  • Lead survey readiness, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor Quality Measures, Five-Star Ratings, and Benchmark Reports and develop strategies to improve resident and operational outcomes.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor expenses and revenue, and support census and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare reimbursement requirements and their impact on Health Center operations.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Partner with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional, person-centered resident care.
  • Maintain strong relationships and open communication with residents and families.
  • Collaborate with Sinai's executive leadership team on strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and the integration of Health Center and Independent Living operations.
  • Develop, coach, and support leaders while promoting employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Current Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility, CCRC/Life Plan Community, or similar senior living environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and Florida regulations governing skilled nursing and post-acute care.
  • Demonstrated success with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, quality improvement, and resident/family satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and operational performance.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
