This position is critical to ensuring that our community and operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Lead and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring exceptional service and quality care. - Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members to create an engaging and welcoming community. - Drive occupancy and census growth by partnering with the sales team and helping prospective residents feel at home. - Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling expenses and achieving operational goals. - Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards. - Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall community success.
