Salary: $88,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive Director/Administrator with strong leadership experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment that recognizes each individual's needs and rights.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the community and comply with state regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong performance management skills, including the ability to clearly communicate performance expectations.
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of the community's annual budget, collaborating with the management team to ensure all departments consistently meet monthly budget goals.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least four (4) years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Assisted Living Administrator license, where required, within the prescribed time frame.
  • Experience working in senior care and memory care/dementia preferred.
  • A genuine compassion for and desire to work with older adults is required.
