Description

Position Title: Executive Director of Finance and Operations

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced Degree in accounting/finance
  • Valid Wisconsin Business Manger License (5008), or commitment to acquire within 24 months of employment.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
  • Experience with governmental accounting (fund based, encumbrance system)
  • Experience with computerized accounting system(s)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reports To: District Administrator

Supervision Responsibilities: This position will directly supervise Director of Business Services, Director of Nutrition Services, Director of Transportation, Director of Facilities Services and Executive Assistant to Business Services.

Terms of Employment: This is a year-round position (260-day contract). Start date will be mid-October 2026. Annual salary for this position will be $148,705 (salary will be pro-rated based on actual start date). Benefits per the Employee Handbook.

On-site interviews are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 15.
