Shape the Future of a Growing Community Hub

The North Brandon YMCA is entering an exciting season of growth, innovation, and community impact. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams, creating partnerships, and responding to evolving community needs.

As Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and support several key initiatives that are helping shape the future of the North Brandon YMCA, including:
  • Launching a new Before & After School Enrichment (BASE) program to expand services and deepen relationships with local schools and families.
  • Supporting the development of a new on-site First Tee facility and youth golf programming that will create additional pathways for youth development and community engagement.
  • Building on the momentum of a growing gymnastics center that continues to see increased participation and community demand.
  • Expanding camp, teen, and family programming to meet the needs of one of the fastest-growing communities in the region.
  • Increasing access through adaptive programming and Spanish-language programming to better serve the diverse families that call North Brandon home.
  • Partnering with Association leadership on planned facility improvements and capital investments designed to enhance the member experience and strengthen the center's long-term success.

This is more than a traditional Executive Director role. It is an opportunity to help shape the future of a YMCA that is growing, evolving, and making a meaningful impact throughout the community.

  • Build and sustain a high-performing leadership team
  • Ensure operational excellence across all program areas, delivering safe, high-quality experiences

Ultimately, success is measured not just in metrics-but in lives impacted, people served, and alignment with the YMCA's mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
