Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator to lead our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care management, with expertise in overseeing operations, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. As the administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily facility operations, supervising staff, and fostering a compassionate environment that prioritizes the well-being of residents. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing high-quality skilled nursing services.

Duties
  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care.
  • Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment through leadership, mentorship, and supervising staff members across various departments.
  • Coordinate with social workers and healthcare professionals to support residents' social and emotional needs.
  • Ensure the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality of life for residents.
  • Promote community engagement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.

  • Extensive experience in nursing home management or senior care settings - MUST HAVE ACTIVE WA NHA LICENSE
