Duties- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care.
- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment through leadership, mentorship, and supervising staff members across various departments.
- Coordinate with social workers and healthcare professionals to support residents' social and emotional needs.
- Ensure the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality of life for residents.
- Promote community engagement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.
Skills- Extensive experience in nursing home management or senior care settings - MUST HAVE ACTIVE WA NHA LICENSE
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
