Position Title: Executive Director /Senior Administrator

Summary: We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and experienced Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care management. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including financial management, staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance.

Executive Director Responsiblities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities
