Executive Director, LNHA

Position Overview:

The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the community, community compliance with the company's policies and procedures and state and federal regulations, and providing the highest quality of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision made.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
  • Ensure adoption of Majestic Care policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure all elements of the Majestic Care culture are embedded in the daily operations.
  • Ensure that quality care and services is provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners.
  • Lead an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Program.
  • Ensure an effective Workforce Management Program is in place, including but not limited to, timely performance management; recruitment; retention; onboarding; orientation; training; and care team member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the DNS and region team members to develop a business operations plan.
  • Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments.
  • Participate in business development meetings including but not limited to hospital C suites, payers, and physicians to facilitate collaborative partnerships.
  • Ensure each center has active community involvement.
  • Ensure each center has developed an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs.
  • Actively participate in the state Healthcare Association and facilitates center participation at the local and state level.
  • Support, provide guidance, and work collaboratively with regional subject matter consultants.
  • Support, provide guidance, and manage the department head team.
  • Collaborate with care team members on risk mitigation and event management.


Qualifications:
  • BS/BA Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Nursing Home Administrator License in state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
  • Five to Ten years of experience in the Post-Acute Care setting, preferred but not required.
