Full Job Description
SUMMARY: The Executive Director, Global FP&A serves as a strategic finance leader and trusted advisor to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. The role leads the Company's Global FP&A and Financial Business Partnering organization, providing enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, strategic decision support, capital allocation, performance management, and financial partnership across all SG&A functions. This leader shapes financial strategy, drives operational excellence, and enables enterprise value creation within a private equity-backed global CRO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the CAO, CFO, Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors on enterprise financial strategy.
  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-range strategic planning process.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, workforce plans, capital plans, and long-range financial strategies.
  • Own Board and executive reporting, delivering financial insights, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive EBITDA expansion, cash flow optimization, and enterprise value creation initiatives.
  • Lead the Global SG&A Finance Business Partner organization supporting Commercial, Project Services & Consulting (PSC), Finance, Information Technology, Quality & Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Corporate Development, and other corporate functions.
  • Serve as the primary finance advisor to SG&A executive leaders, providing strategic financial guidance, challenging assumptions, evaluating investments, and influencing business decisions.
  • Drive accountability for SG&A spending by establishing targets, monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Standardize finance business partnering processes, KPIs, reporting, and governance across SG&A functions.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and scenario models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead financial evaluation and prioritization of enterprise initiatives, including technology investments, resource optimization, digital transformation, and organizational redesign.
  • Lead financial evaluation of acquisitions, capital allocation, enterprise investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives leveraging automation, AI, advanced analytics, and modern planning systems.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Global FP&A and Financial Business Partner organization through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance management.

REQUIREMENTS:

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):

United States of America - $170,000.00 - $338,000.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
