Your Impact

As Executive Director, Corporate Services, you'll leverage your senior leadership experience and municipal expertise to:

• Drive Strategic Vision and Leadership: Lead the Corporate Services Division to achieve Rocky View County's long-term goals, fostering an innovative and responsive approach to public service.
• Collaborate and Engage Stakeholders: Build and sustain strong inter-municipal and community relationships, acting as a liaison and advocate for the County's strategic vision and goals.
• Promote Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial and administrative functions within the division, promoting efficiency and high service quality to enhance community trust and satisfaction.
• Support Fiscal Responsibility and Sustainability: Provide strategic leadership to ensure Corporate Services priorities, initiatives, and resourcing decisions are financially responsible and align with the County's approved budgets and long-term fiscal plans, in partnership with the Finance department.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred) and 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in municipal or government administration.
• Background in Legislation, Human Resources or IT (preferred), with certifications in Local Government Management or Administration.
• Proven expertise in budget management, financial planning, and policy development.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• A proactive leader capable of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
