Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountingrequired.

• At least15+years of relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of10years of responsible leadership experience in management positionswith a history of developing andretaininghigh-performingteams.

• Demonstrate excellenttime management andorganizational skills.

• Demonstrateexceptionalverbal and written communication skills.

• Highly analytical withabilityto make data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables, a wide range ofprojectsand dynamic priorities.

• ExperienceintheHealthcare industry,value-based care,MedicareAdvantageand risk sharing agreements.

• Proventrack recordofcross functionalbusinesspartnership.

• Strong presentation skills withtheability to effectively articulate financials to audiences with varying degrees of financialexpertise.

• Able to effectively communicate technicaland / or complexconcepts with team members,internalcustomersand external stakeholders.

• Focus on compliance, risk management,and process controls
