Full Job Description
Job Summary
The Vice President, Client Accounting will lead all accounting and treasury functions for CareAllies' (the Company) clients. This individual will be accountable for timely and accurate financials for 25+ clients, in excess of $1.4B in medical costs under management. Responsibilities include overseeing both monthly and year-end close processes, preparing client accounting packages, and addressing internal and external questions, inquiries, and ad-hoc analyses. This role will lead annual audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage 1099 generation for all applicable stakeholders. In addition to accounting, this position will also manage treasury functions for the clients, including bank account management, cash flow planning and forecasting, and disbursements. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with executive leaders across the organization as well as client Physician leadership. The ideal candidate will be strong in external and internal collaboration and communication, initiating process improvements, time management and flexibility, and managing employees. This role will be highly visible internally and externally, with a critical need for exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting required.
  • At least 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of responsible leadership experience in management positions with a history of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables, a wide range of projects and dynamic priorities.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry, value-based care, Medicare Advantage and risk sharing agreements.
  • Proven track record of cross functional business partnership.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate financials to audiences with varying degrees of financial expertise.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical and / or complex concepts with team members, internal customers and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on compliance, risk management, and process controls
  • Aligned to the Company's corporate mission/values and looking to drive innovation within healthcare for patients and other stakeholders.

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:
$161,500.00 - $299,700.00
