Executive Director - Assisted LivingThe
Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the overall success and performance of the assisted living community, including:
- Leading daily operations of the assisted living community
- Driving sales, marketing performance, and occupancy growth
- Managing budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing leadership team
- Promoting resident satisfaction, quality of care, and family engagement
- Creating a positive workplace culture aligned with Charter's mission
- Maintaining community reputation and local market presence
- Achieving and sustaining targeted occupancy and profitability goals
Executive Director Requirements- Prior experience as an Executive Director, Assisted Living Administrator, or Senior Living Administrator
- Strong background in assisted living operations and sales leadership
- Proven success in occupancy growth, revenue management, and expense control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for serving seniors and leading purpose-driven teams
- Experience opening or stabilizing a senior living community preferred
- Ability to lead with accountability, empathy, and results
