Qualifications

• North Carolina assisted living administrator certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 3+ years of executive management experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience directing and supervising teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations focused on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain full occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction and quality care.
• Build relationships with residents' families, community members, and employees through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with Calyx’s policies and all applicable regulations.
• Inspire and lead staff to internalize the mission and values of the organization.
• Oversee human resources functions including hiring and retention of staff.
• Promote awareness of community services to local families.
