Full Job Description
Title:
Executive Compensation Specialist

KBR is looking for an Executive Compensation Specialist for a future opportunity to conduct and participate in executive compensation surveys to ensure access to relevant market data for all executive positions. This role will be responsible for managing the executive merit participation and communications. The Executive Compensation Specialist will partner with the global compensation team and the local people teams to provide incentive support in accordance with appropriate compensation guidelines and policy.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact and administrator for the company's Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans, ensuring effective plan management, compliance, and participant experience
  • Support annual and off-cycle equity and incentive compensation programs, including grant documentation, payout calculations, ownership tracking, and guideline monitoring
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits information requests for executive tax and financial advisors as appropriate
  • Communicate with employees and management through the update of people policies, maintenance of internal P&C website and other internal communications channels
  • Follow, maintain, and update established guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance including SOX 404
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of executive offer letters and employment-related agreements, including severance, retention, release, and change-in-control arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements as needed
  • Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of data housed in compensation specific databases and systems
  • Be a point of contact for compensation specific databases and serve as key support to implementation and ongoing administration of those databases/system
  • Define requirements for annual executive compensation processes delivered in Workday and participate in testing
  • Design and produce standard and ad hoc reports for use in executive decision-making
  • Support job and salary structure including evaluating and implementing changes and conducting analysis
  • May assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee materials and Compensation Discussion & Analysis schedules
