Reports To: President, Intelligence & Cyber Business Group Clearance Level: Top Secret, desired

Purpose and Impact:

The Executive Assistant & Operations Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic enabler to the President of the Intelligence & Cyber Business Group. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, functioning as an extension of leadership to drive operational rigor, alignment, and execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, exceptional organizational discipline, and the ability to anticipate needs, connect priorities, and ensure follow-through in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This individual plays a pivotal role in enhancing leadership effectiveness, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Enablement:
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Business Group President, providing leverage across priorities, decision-making, and execution.
  • Translate leadership intent into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions to support business objectives.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across executive leadership, ensuring communication flow and alignment on priorities.


Operational Excellence & Action Tracking:
  • Drive execution discipline by tracking key initiatives, leadership decisions, and enterprise priorities.
  • Maintain executive-level dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables through structured follow-up, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Bring structure and rigor to a dynamic environment by standardizing processes, workflows, and operating rhythms.


Executive Readiness & Communications:
  • Lead preparation for executive engagements, including internal reviews, customer meetings, and board interactions.
  • Develop, synthesize, and refine briefing materials, talking points, and presentations to support informed decision-making.
  • Plan and facilitate executive prep sessions, ensuring leaders are aligned, informed, and positioned for success.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across leadership communications and organizational updates.


Employee Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Partner with leadership and HR to plan and execute employee engagement strategies, events, and communications.
  • Support organizational rhythms such as all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and priorities.
  • Help translate employee feedback (e.g., surveys, listening sessions) into actionable insights and track follow-through.
  • Foster connectivity and alignment across teams to enhance a high-performing, mission-driven culture.


Site Visits & Leadership Engagement:
  • Lead coordination of leadership site visits, ensuring strategic alignment, operational readiness, and seamless execution.
  • Develop structured agendas and engagement plans that maximize leadership visibility and impact.
  • Serve as liaison between site leadership and executives to align messaging, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Capture insights, decisions, and follow-up actions from site engagements to drive continued progress.


Calendar, Communications & Stakeholder Management:
  • Orchestrate complex, high-visibility calendars, aligning time to strategic priorities and optimizing leader effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing) and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CORP EAs and schedule all CORP sessions.
  • Manage sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion, often acting on behalf of the President.


Travel & Logistics Leadership:
  • Oversee comprehensive travel planning aligned with business priorities, including itineraries, logistics, and briefing integration.
  • Book all travel, prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Ensure all engagements are fully supported with appropriate materials, context, and follow-up.


Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Operate as a proactive problem-solver and decision facilitator in fast-moving or ambiguous situations.
  • Step in to lead or coordinate initiatives when required to maintain momentum and continuity.


Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in a federal contracting or government services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Concur, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution under tight timelines.
  • High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance with Poly.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting C-suite or Business Group President/SVP-level executives.
  • Active security clearance with Poly.
  • Experience in project coordination, business operations, or program management.

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00
